HP Compaq nx9010

This Is My First Post Here So I Hope .........

I Used to help my friends in many Computer Issues so my "" friend told me that he need to fix an laptop to give it ho another friend as a gift so i accepted and it begone

This is not my first time to fix any lap or PC i (Thank God) Can Fix Or Work In any OS or Any PC but he gave it to me as it need a new copy of windows so first :-

i started the lap and its not working i said that it may have a problem in the battery or its not charged so i connected it on the charger and it started so i pressed F2 to go to Bios so i found a password dialogue i tried every thing but no work at all so i go to sleep as it was 2.00 am
next day i tried to call my friend about the pass and he was no use at all so i started to search in the net for it but all say that you need to remove the internal battery so i removed the cover of the ram and remover the rams to find the battery but no battery on this so i removed the second cover and no battery again so i searched about it

i found thing that said master password for each company (i think its a fack) so i tried about 50 pass and every 3 wrong passes the lap shuts down so i gave up and tried to contact HP support so i opened a session about this problem the tech. was very supportive he told me to see some previous sessions one of them had the same problem and he don't know from where the pass got the tech said that you need the manual of the internal component so i searched about it and it was a very complicated task

but at least i found it so i opened it and tried to find the battery but no use

and i also contacted many of my friend to ask them they told me to remove the keypad and i will find the battery

i searched in Youtube and found one video about this but for dell or any other HP ver.

but i now know where its the battery so i started to search in the manual about how to open it

i was very afraid to open it case its not mine and its a gift for some one but at the end what i can do

i started to open it and as i was thinking i found the battery at least under the keypad but to remove it you need to remove the speaker and to remove the speaker you need to remove the LCD cover at the end i opened it

and here it was the battery i removed it for 2 min and started it and go to Bios but the big surprise that the password is still there so i remembered that i need to short the two pins of the battery but no use.

i contacted the Hp Support again and told him he said to me leave it about 1 hour i waited ........

after that opened it and the pass is there so i tried to short the pins and start it when its shorted and i know it may (Explode or destroy it for ever) but there no change the pass is there waiting for me

so i gave up and told the Tech. that the pass is stile there so he said to me to see a new post and there was many users saying about my problem and no one of them could solve it so what to do i want to boot from DVD to install the Windows

some one said that if the pass did't remove by removing the battery that you need to replace the Mother Board

so i started to read the messages that the lap display while its beginning and i found it
[PLZ Press ESC if you want to change the boot sequence]

so i pressed ESC and choose DVD but the DVD don't read what the problem now the DVD lenses its scratched so [what the damn lap]

i Asked my friends for a USB DVD but no one uses it or he soled it

so i started to clean the lenses my self and it worked finally so i wanted to partition the HD so i put the Hirens.BootCD.1xx but it didn't start

So Now What To Do?

I Found Lunix PM (I Think Its Very Useful Tool)

So I Partitioned the Hard Then I Quickly installed The OS

And Gave The Laptop to my friend and told him that its not a present its a Disaster Not A GIFT at all

What I Learned From This :-

How to open the Laps
Where The Battery of the Bios In HP Laps
How To Clean The Lens of DVD
How to Partition over the Linux operation systems
The Shape of The MB of the Lap
